Is Your Club Ready?


Toastmasters Week is February 11th. 2006 – February 24th. 2006

How Can you Get Your Club Ready To Demonstrate the Benefits of Toastmasters

  • Plan an Open House or Speechcraft Event for your club or Area Clubs
  • Team up with another club?
  • Have handouts (club brochure or gest packet) for guests
  • Follow-up! Collect Addresses, Phone Numbers, email addresses and send guests a personal invitation to attend a club meeting.
  • Check the District 73 website for ideas, templates, and updates.
  • Advertise! Use Flyers, Club Websites and Club Business cards.
  • Contact past guests and invite them to your Toastmaster Week event.
  • Attend workshops and Club Officer Training where you can obtain the resources/ideas and make the contacts to help your event be successful.

Don’t make Toastmasters a well kept secret! Share the Vision!
