How Can you Get Your Club Ready To Demonstrate
the Benefits of Toastmasters
- Plan an Open House or Speechcraft Event for
your club or Area Clubs
- Team up with another club?
- Have handouts (club brochure or gest packet)
for guests
- Follow-up! Collect Addresses, Phone Numbers,
email addresses and send guests a personal invitation
to attend a club meeting.
- Check the District 73 website for ideas, templates,
and updates.
- Advertise! Use Flyers, Club Websites and Club
Business cards.
- Contact past guests and invite them to your
Toastmaster Week event.
- Attend workshops and Club Officer Training
where you can obtain the resources/ideas and
make the contacts to help your event be successful.
Don’t make Toastmasters a well kept secret!
