District 73 Spring Council meeting 12 November 2005

The District Executive meeting, 20 Sept 05, and the District Council meeting 12 November 05, despite healthy attendances, failed to achieve a quorum. The matters presented at the Council meeting now need to go to a postal vote.

We cannot proceed with new matters until there is a resolution of existing business arising from the Council meeting. This makes sense as we need certainty before deciding on even more issues which are ulitimately dependent on previous decisions.

Voting members of a postal vote are the Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education of each District 73 Toastmasters Club in good standing. Download the postal vote and return it ASAP. The return address details are listed on the postal vote.

The Semi Annual District 73 Council meeting was convened on the 12 November 2005, 3.30 pm at:

The meeting included educational workshops and opportunities for fellowship starting at 1 pm and finshing 5 pm.
